When you plant a new tree, you should only leave it staked for 6 months so that it can establish roots. Then take the stakes off and when it faces harsh wind and is bent low it is growing stronger. With each storm it might bend but it will not break, it will grow stronger because of the storm. If you leave it staked for a long period of time it will not be a strong beautiful tree...... God keeps us safe but he also allows the storms.. We grow in faith..... He is smart...
